Ring!!! Kimmy’s and Joey’s family woke up early.

They made a promise that this Sunday morning they would go to the park and exercise.

Today is Sunday after all,

Soon, they were at the park.

“Don’t ride too fast.” Mum told them.

“Okay.” Kimmy and Joey said together.

Soon a slope was in front of them.

“Remember to press the brakes,” Mum said.

But either Kimm and Joey cannot hear her, or they ignore her. 

Zoom! There is a rock in front of Kimmy and he didn’t press the brakes.

His bicycle went over the rock. 

“Help!” Kimmy cried.

Crash! Kimmy fell down on his knees.

“Hey! How fun is it to fly?” Joe joked.

Kimmy didn’t fly. He fell down.

“Joey, this isn’t the time to laugh. Kimmy fell.” Day scolded.

“Ouch……!” Kimm groaned.

Dad immediately stops scolding.

“Come, I carry you to the nearest clinic.” Day told Kimmy.

“Alright.” Kimmy groaned.

Soon they were in the clinic.

“Luckily, you came here so fast. Kimmy’s knee has a deep cut.”said the doctor.

“Put some ointment around his wound before putting a plaster.”

“Here is the ointment”

“Thanks” said Mum and Dad together,

“Did both of you learn your lesson?”

“Yep!” cried Kimmy and Joey.

Their lessons were, when you see a slope, go down your bicycle and walk it. 

“But why I need to have my lesson? I didn’t fall down.” Joey asked.

“Joey! Just in case you fall in the future. Didn’t you understand?” Mum and Dad scolded Joey.

“Oops! Looks like I said the wrong thing at the wrong time.”Joey whispered with a flushed face.
