“Yay! Silent reading time!” Janet said to herself, who is a bookworm. In her notebook, she wrote: 1) revise EL End of Year Exams.Janet wrote that because since she is a bookworm, she also like to study, study, study! I hope a pass with flying colours! Janet thought, reading a storybook.

During recess, Janet waited for her twin sister, Jane, who like to build castles in the air. As she did that, her grades kept slipping. Still, Jane is still the apple in Janet’s eye. “During year examination, don’t feel like a cat on hot bricks,” Janet reminded Jane “Okay, I promise.” Jane promised. Janet signed. Why can’t Jenny like Jane? She thought about her little sister. Jenny likes to talk behind her back, made her angry… Janet sighed again. Thinking about this made her felt like a red rage to a bull. “Jane, please, do well in your EL Exam, please! Make mum proud!” she begged. She was determined to let her mother know that Jane was better than Jenny. “Umm…okay, Janet.” Jane replied.

After dismissal, Janet and Jane met again. “How did you do for your exam?” Janet asked. “Not bad.” Jane replied. “Yes!” Janet cheered.

When they reached home, their happy mood changed. What they say saw made their jaws dropped. “Jenny!” they cried. Their house looked like a tornado just left.

“Uggh! I bet when I scold her, she will shed crocodile tears!” Janet fumed. “Its okay. Janet. It’s alright.” said Jane, who was a soft-hearted person. Janet took deep breaths, and replied “Okay. Together, you, and me, will help clean this mess.”
